
MY STORY
I reluctantly ventured into the highly controversial carnivore diet, viewing it as my last option to alleviate the burden of compromised health. I’ve long endured a range of chronic conditions—autoimmune hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s), endometriosis, hypoglycemia, IBS, debilitating fatigue, weight gain, and insulin resistance.
These ailments have, rather unfortunately, been steadfast companions for a significant duration of my life. Despite initial reservations about my potential to contribute to the carnivore community, I ultimately opted to share my vlog updates via Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and now, a website too. This decision was driven by the feeling that my experiences might resonate with those enduring a parallel struggle.
The purpose of this endeavor was a humble aspiration to offer solace to those like me, grappled with the relentless challenges of poor health. If, in the course of my contributions, my story is a light to even one single person, every moment dedicated to this undertaking has been entirely worthwhile.
After countless approaches to finding relief, I reached a turning point when my husband asked me if I’d be open to trying the carnivore diet. I thought, What do I have to lose?
The next day, even as we drove back from a holiday in Florida, I committed to it fully.
This journey required me to let go of many long-held beliefs about what health and nutrition should look like. Embracing this new path led to my unexpected and profound results.
A Life Transformed
The results were undeniable. Within the first week, I lost 10 pounds, and today, I’ve shed a total of 20 pounds. After over 30 years of debilitating endometriosis pain, it’s gone. My thyroid, underactive since childhood, began working more efficiently. IBS, hypoglycemia, weight fluctuations, fatigue, and insulin resistance are now issues of the past.
This lifestyle shift didn’t just change my health—it gave me a life I once thought impossible.
